I have experience sourcing and managing a pipeline of ~$500m worth of deals for the Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan product. Before that, I worked at an investment sales firm sourcing $5-50m multifamily deals in New York City. My most recent employment was as the General Manager of a restaurant group in Brooklyn. As the restaurant landscape and work environment has not improved post-COVID, I am looking to return to Commercial Real Estate Finance, but am exploring other options as well.
