    Description

    Job Title:
    Senior Fund Accountant

    Pay Rate:
    $125,000 / year plus bonus


    A name-brand venture capital firm known for its successful investment strategies and backing of groundbreaking startups, is actively seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join its Finance Team.

    The firm has strategically funded cutting-edge AI and tech companies, many of which have achieved remarkably successful IPOs.

    Responsibilities


    • Assist with quarterly reviews and valuations of portfolio companies
    • Participate in the quarterly financial close process
    • Assisting with the preparation of capital calls and distributions
    • Monitor expense budgets, allocations and accruals
    Preferred Qualifications


    • 3 to 7 years of fund tax and/or fund accounting experience, preferably in venture capital, private equity, public accounting, asset management, hedge fund, or from a fund administrator.
    • CPA license preferred
