    Description

    Golden Touch is a family owned and operated wholesale apparel manufacturer with a mission to deliver trend focused products for nearly 50 years. We produce private label brands for large mass market retailers across the globe specializing in children's, junior, missy and women's apparel.

    The Sasha division of Golden Touch designs , develops and produces a wide range of women's accessories, ranging from casual and evening handbags to wallets, and cosmetic cases Our next great Sales Executive will:

    Responsibilities:

    • Sell kid's backpacks, luggage and bags and manage large/high volume retail accounts such as Walmart, Kohls or Macy's
    • Seek out new opportunities with our active retail accounts
    • Prospect and create new business plans with retailers that we are not currently servicing
    • Collect, analyze, and report on weekly sales
    • Understand and have knowledge of the styles and colors of various bag and accessory silhouettes and materials
    • Manage market prep and appointments as well as internal and external follow-up
    • Conduct competitive analysis to maintain awareness of the marketplace and to influence strategy
    • Achieve target sales goals consistently
    Requirements
    • 5+ years of direct selling experience in the handbag / accessories industry
    • Demonstrated record of achieving sales goals in fashion and accessory industry
    • Must have current working relationships with chain, department stores, or large retailers
    • Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills
    • Strong follow-up skills
    • Resourceful problem solver

    Salary Range: - salary + commission can be up to $150K - $200K*
    *As a private company, Golden Touch may pay more or less than the published upper limit of the pay range based on an individual's demonstrated experience and expertise in their field. The pay ranges serve as a target and allow us to consider relevant experience, time in the role, salaries of internal peers, business sector, prior performance, and geographic location.
