- Perform financial valuation and other qualitative analysis on target investment candidates
- Assist and creation of presentation materials for Investment Committee and Board of Directors review
- Facilitate due diligence within a cross-functional team
- Support investment offers and/or negotiation activities with written materials and additional ad-hoc financial analysis
- Monitor market conditions, evaluate companies and/or assets and maintain potential deal list
- Provide financial modeling for various internal strategic projects
- Review license agreements
- Perform interviews with KOLs, physicians, payors, etc. as part of due diligence
- Other duties as required
- BS in Finance, Accounting or Scientific-related discipline (Pre-MBA)
- 2-5 years of related experience at investment bank, private equity firm, management consulting firm or biotech industry corporate development group
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills. Familiarity with Factset or similar software
- Working knowledge of biology and drug development processes, including clinical and commercial activities
- Strong business presentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and effectively multi-task
