    We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President of M&A / Corporate Development to support our strategic growth initiatives through mergers and acquisitions. The VP of M&A will play a critical role in executing strategic transactions that align with our corporate objectives and drive long-term value for the company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct hands-on comprehensive due diligence on potential acquisition targets, assessing financial, operational, and strategic fit.
    • Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases to support M&A decisions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, operations, and executive leadership, to ensure successful execution of transactions.
    • Manage the entire transactional M&A process with integration and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Support the CEO (as needed) on strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance the company's growth and competitive position.
    • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

    Our Ideal Candidate:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
    • 5-10 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, with a focus on M&A.
    • Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions, with an emphasis on due diligence and integration.
    • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
    • Strong technical financial modeling and analysis skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Ability to travel as needed for deal meetings, conferences, and industry events.
