Corporate Development Intern

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Corporate Development Intern for our Acquisitions team. You will assist in the prospecting, research, diligence, and closing of acquisitions.

This highly motivated, rising college senior, with project management skills will be responsible forupdating Triumvirate's acquisition pipeline, creating a metrics dashboard, researching regulations where needed, and assisting with acquisitions related work as assigned.

This position reports to the Corporate Development Manager or the Chief Executive Officer. This role is in person and is based in Somerville, Massachusetts.

Essential responsibilities:

• Assisting with the closing and integration of multiple acquisitions
• Assisting with day-to-day activities in expanding Triumvirate services across North America
• Having weekly check-ins with Acquisition Team.
• This role is intended to assist with Triumvirate's acquisition process while providing an opportunity for college senior to learn from high-level professionals
• Research waste-related regulations, facilities, etc. as needed for prospecting and closing of acquisitions.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be a Junior or Senior currently enrolled in BS/BA program.
• Must be able to submit college transcript.
• Interested and eager to learn the environmental services field and have a desire to grow professionally all with a winning and enthusiastic attitude.
• Have the desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
• Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Business degree program
• Interest in the Environmental Industry

This internship role does not qualify candidate for employment benefits beyond the monthly pay.
