    Job Title: Analyst/Associate - Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Depositories Team

    Position Overview:

    Seeking a talented Analyst/Associate to join the FIG Depositories Team. Dive deep into the financial services sector, focusing on depository institutions. Conduct in-depth analysis, offer strategic advice, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service. Gain exposure to finance and opportunities for professional growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct financial analysis of depository institutions to support decision-making and transactions.
    • Develop financial models, assess risks, and forecast performance.
    • Assist in due diligence, prepare pitch materials, and execute transactions.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of transactions.
    • Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders with professionalism.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • Experience in investment banking or financial services with a focus on FIG.
    • Quantitative and analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take on challenges.
    • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
