    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Collaborate with recruiters to identify job openings, prepare job descriptions, requirements and interview plans
    • Post and promote job openings and recruitment content; via social media, job boards and various industry advertising platforms
    • Timely scheduling of interviews and providing positive candidate and hiring manager experience
    • Responsible for the accountability and maintenance of interview and hiring records
    • Identify roadblocks affecting recruitment efficiency and continually automate/improve processes
    • Assist with the management of offer processes
    • Compile reports on recruitment metrics and flows, and create reports for Hiring Managers and Executives
    • Participate in a variety of recruitment events (meetups, conferences, job fairs, etc)
    • Perform background and reference checks
    • Assist onboarding team with collection of employee information for onboarding
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and/or regulations
    • Coordination of recruitment projects with internal teams and stakeholders
    WHAT YOU WILL BRING
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
    • 1+ years of administrative support as a recruitment coordinator
    • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
    • Strong understanding of full life cycle recruitment process
    • Professional working experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Business Suite
    • GEM, GitHub, Triplebyte or similar recruiting platform tools are a plus
    • Sound knowledge of employment law
    • Comfortable working independently and with a team
    • Great interpersonal, verbal and written skills
    • Ability to work in a Hybrid environment with onsite located in the NYC area
    Salary Range: $76,200 to $95,200

    (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
