The Role:


As an AMS Campus Recruitment Coordinator, you will provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the Recruitment Administration Team.

To act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.


This is an on-site position.

Average comp range USD $30-$31 hourly

Key Accountabilities:


  • Ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels
  • Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of NFI (monthly and annual) targets. Accountable for delivering to target start dates
  • Develop endtoend recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirements
  • Develop and support the sourcing strategy for each role/business unit and agree the strategy (including webbased and direct sourcing) with hiring manager
  • Mentor / guide members of the sourcing and admin team on best practice approaches, client culture and support them in achieving success in their roles
  • Ensure all AMS and client systems are updated in a correct and timely manner
  • Producing timely and accurate activity and management information reporting
  • Producing communications to a high standard (e.g. client presentations) and in accordance with the clients brand guidelines if required
  • Involvement in any relevant client presentations and evaluation / review meetings
  • Identifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement, related strategic projects and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicating these to the Client Services Manager and the team (including coordinators, members of the sourcing team and Resource Specialists)
  • Compliant with legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors)
  • Support DEI Advisors logístical needs across all business/regional committee needs and Inclusion Network

  • Create, update and maintain SharePoint and internal trackers (e.g., Inclusion Networks Leadership Listing/Tracker)
  • Schedule and organize meetings/events
  • Collaborate with conference services team to book conference room spaces
  • Manage logistics with the conference center dependent on virtual, hybrid or multisite activities
  • Supervise room setup and material distribution
  • Order materials with the Firm's production center and manage storage and distribution
  • Print materials, assemble binders and related material
  • Manage any onsite needs including speakers, technical or program trouble shooting (i.e. microphone management, etc.)
  • Schedule speakers, vendors and internal stakeholders through calendar invites
  • Coordinate program/event briefings including research on topics
  • Prepare speaker thank you notes
  • Support inclusion network requests
  • Manage DEI global calendar, mailbox and Network Collaboration Portal
  • Pull data from inhouse tableau dashboards, cut excel reports and transfer data to PowerPoint decks
  • Measure program impact through qualitative and quantitative sur
  • Program expense management and budget tracking
  • Submit invoicing for DEI advisory and network/forum activities and where necessary budget/reforecast support

Skills & Experience:


  • Knowledge in at least one market sector. Pharma is highly desirable.
  • Experience of developing and delivering endtoend recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements
  • Expert in behavioral / competencybased interviewing
  • Experience of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs
  • Experience of producing business orientated management information
  • Able to demonstrate a broader understanding of the clients business and strategies and how they influence AMS Service Delivery
  • Able to act autonomously, potentially responsible for own business areas on a standalone basis
  • Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors)

  • O2 years' experience in similar setting
  • Clientservice mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced work environment
