Get to know the businessAbout the role
As an Exec Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling on-site interviews and coordinating with EAs supporting senior leadership
- Entering and tracking information into applicant tracking system and ensuring appropriate parties have access to necessary information
- Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meeting
- Managing multiple tasks and actions items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables
- Generate energy, excitement, and passion around Corebridge products.
- Able to take direction and work with talent acquisition team members.
- Manage background checks for recruiting professionals.
- Complete document verification for new hire onboarding.
- Provide weekly status reports to recruiters.
- Support colleagues and peers during high recruiting seasons.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization.
- Must have a high degree of confidentiality with all client interaction and documents.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask as a highly productive individual.
- Recruiting or agency recruiting experience a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution preferred or work history equivalence.
- Effective organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines, department standards for quality and productivity.
- Display and utilize good judgment on a consistent basis.
The base salary range for this position is $55,000 -$70,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
