    Description
    We are partnering with a Global Manufacturing client in Essex County, NJ who are seeking to add a Sr. HRBP to their team.

    They are looking for someone who has worked within a dynamic manufacturing environment and has a proactive approach when it comes to working with their teams and business leaders.

    ~Well-rounded HR candidate that has knowledge of most aspects of HR especially within employee engagement and employee relations.
    ~Self-Starter and can hit the ground running as there are many moving pieces within this organization.
    ~Familiar Total Rewards has ability to provide their client group with guidance and counseling.
    ~Provide advice and support to leaders, managers and employees on the full range of employment related matters, consulting or working in conjunction with other HR colleagues and external consultants/advisors as necessary.
    ~Deliver a robust and compliant HR service across areas of business responsibility ensuring that Talent Acquisition, onboarding and exits are managed appropriately by the HR admin team.
    ~Have a deep understanding of the business and contribute to the business unit strategy.
    ~A key member of the business teams attending all relevant meetings and business reviews.
    ~7+ years of HR experience within manufacturing, pharma, medical device or something very related at least 3+ as an HRBP.
    ~Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field; or an equivalent of education and experience.
    *Hybrid 3 days a week
