We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our organization, including supervising junior HR staff, consulting with line management, analyzing trends, managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and contributing to various HR initiatives.

$100,000-$130,000 per year (dependable on experience)


Responsibilities

  • Supervise junior HR staff.
  • Consult with line management, providing HR guidance as needed.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements for employee management, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks.
  • Partner with the legal department as necessary.
  • Provide daytoday performance management guidance to line management.
  • Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention through close collaboration with management and employees.
  • Offer HR policy guidance, interpretation, and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs and provide executive coaching.
  • Participate in training program evaluation and monitoring to ensure success.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • SHRM certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of various HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible HR management experience, including managerial roles and leading independent projects.
  • Experience advising management on a range of people matters.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

Pay:
$100, $130,000.00 per year
