Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the HR strategy for the support area in line with the company's HR strategy
  • Ensuring information and advice to the management of the support area on all personnel, social, labor law, and HR policy matters, in accordance with the company's HR guidelines
  • Organizing and implementing the necessary HR tasks in the areas of personnel marketing, recruitment, development, training, succession planning, organizational development, compensation & benefits, and personnel support, according to sitespecific requirements/emphases and in coordination with the respective CC
  • Supporting and assisting managers in planning and implementing organizational measures and in learning and change processes (change management)
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and collective bargaining regulations within the support area
  • Coordinating works council matters for the support area and handling them in contact with the works council
  • Leading or participating in internal and crosssite projects, working
