    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Project Engineer (Transportation) to join our dynamic team.

    This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of transportation projects, ranging from highways and bridges to airports and transit systems.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. This role requires expertise in Civil3D and a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.

    We have an office for you in our Austin office, but if you are comfortable with travel and have the ability to get to our clients, we are open to a wide variety of work arrangements.

    Our team is set up to work effectively in a virtual environment and technology allows us to instantly walk into each other's office for a quick chat without leaving the comfort of your chair
    We want to employ the very best engineers, planners and architects so that they can provide the very best project solutions for our clients
    Utilize Civil3D to design and manage various transportation projects.
    Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
    Coordinate with project staff to ensure accurate and timely recording of project costs and time.
    Prepare engineering related calculations and develop drawings and visual aids.
    Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
    Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
    Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
    Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations reports in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
    Work in compliance with all safety, quality, environmental and health requirements.
    Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and stakeholders, including contractors, construction managers, engineers, and clients.
    Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
    A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of civil engineering with a focus on transportation projects.
    Proficient in Civil3D or similar civil engineering design software.
    Proven track record of managing transportation projects from conception to completion.
    Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
