    Description

    Associate - CLO Structuring

    Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:

    • Work on CLO transactions to support successful distribution and minimize underwriting risks for Santander.
    • Coordinate internally with Securitized Products sales, CLO structuring and trading, and Leveraged Loan sales and trading teams for CLO new issue transactions.
    • Drive CLO franchise growth by securing new issue CLO mandates and connecting with managers and investors.
    • Enhance external brand awareness of Santander's CLO franchise.
    • Collaborate with internal teams globally to educate and advise clients on the CLO market.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

    Work Experience:

    • 2-3+ years.

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Proficiency in CLO Structuring.
