    Description

    Leading global Credit Investment Management and Private Equity firm seeks a CLO Analyst with a minimum of 2-6 years of related CLO experience acquired at a buyside firm, CLO trustee, accounting firm or service provider to be responsible for monitoring day to day aspects of the CLO platform and ensuring deals are managed in accordance with the indentures. The desired candidate will work with the CLO trustee on monthly investor reports, reconcile quarterly waterfall reports and should have the ability to run pro-forma hypothetical trade scenarios for the trading desk and work with analysts on restructuring, amendments, exchanges, and various other corporate actions to determine compliance with the indenture and governing documents.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and reconcile monthly CLO trustee reports.
    • Review and reconcile quarterly waterfall distribution reports.
    • Ability to test Hypothetical scenarios using WSO compliance module.
    • Liaise with trustee on all operational issues relating to the firms CLOs.
    • Review and tie out flow of funds at closings.
    • Provide PM with daily cash balances and resolve any cash discrepancies.
    • Assist loan closer in loan settlements during CLO ramp up period
    • Work in a dynamic team environment and participate in strategic initiatives.

    Required Experience:

    • Minimum of 2-6 years experience with CLO operations
    • Excellent communication and client service skills.
    • Proactive, team player with strong analytical and organizational skills and good working knowledge of Bank Loan and CLO Structured Credit products.
    • Proficient in MS Office, Wall Street Office (WSO a plus but not necessary) or other portfolio administration system
