    Job Summary
    The Vice President of Sales & Marketing is responsible for all aspects of the sales and marketing functions.

    This position will give you the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people in rural communities.

    You would be part of a dynamic and growing company and work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
    Developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.
    Leading and managing a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals.
    Creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads.
    Developing and managing strategic partnerships to expand our reach and market share.
    Analyzing and reporting on sales and marketing performance metrics
    Staying current on industry trends and developing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

    Job Qualifications
    Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
    A strong understanding of the rural broadband market and the challenges and opportunities it presents.
    Experience leading and managing a high-performing team.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and employees.
    A strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute complex marketing campaigns.
    Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and report on key performance metrics.
    A passion for rural development and a commitment to bridging the digital divide.

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in, Business Management, Marketing, or Communications.
    Skills

    Ideal candidates will have strong selling and communication skills combined with a commitment and proven ability to succeed with a fast-paced organization.

    Must be willing to wear multiple hats and take direction.
    Agile and adaptable
    Outstanding business acumen and excels at building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
    Must be well organized, process/quality driven, and good at managing deadlines.
    Strong computer skills with a strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft products.

    Ability to handle a large volume of work and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
    Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
