Status:
Direct hire, FT, On-Site

Essential Duties
Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to assess plant performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize efficiency strategies.
Perform financial modeling by analyzing large data sets and deliver business insights and recommendations for leadership.

Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop and maintain annual budgets and financial forecasts, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cost analysis, pricing strategies, and ROI assessments, to support decision-making and improve profitability.
Provide analytical support with respect to projects including capital appropriations- new product development- and plant utilization/capacity/asset management issues.

Qualifications
5+ years' strong financial analysis, cost accounting, or general accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $120, $140,000.00 Per Year
