Financial Analyst
LOCATION:
Westchester, IL
REPORTS TO:
Sr Manager - FP&A T&HS US/Can
Primary Function:
Responsible for Texture and Healthful Solutions financial forecasting and reporting; Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions; Identify opportunities to improve processes.
As a Financial Analyst, Texture and Healthful Solutions your responsibilities will include:
Financial Planning and Analysis- Support the annual forecast, periodic forecast updates, and monthly/quarterly financial results processes. Perform analytical reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of financials. Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, reporting effectiveness (meaningful and impactful data analytics), and process efficiency
Operating Expenses
- Prepare operating expense budgets and financial reporting for the Commercial, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Manufacturing groups.
Balance Sheet - Prepare and analyze balance sheet and cash flow projections

Special Projects - Work on special projects focused on financial/strategic analysis, financial forecasting, or financial reporting as required.

- Have strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Have demonstrated experience working as part of a team
- Have demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Embraces change and is open to new ideas and approaches
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting; CPA a plus
- 03 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, accounting, or auditing
- Must be able to analyze financial results and assess impacts of business decisions
- Must have a working knowledge of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP BW and BPC a plus.
