As a Finance Manager you will i dentify and drive operational efficiency, growth opportunities, and cost saving strategies.In addition, you will assist business partners throughout the organization to understand financial performance and complex reports using clear communication skills.
And you will act as an advisor to the business on financial matters and providing input into business decisions from a financial perspective.
HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Advise and provide guidance to Leadership around reports, analytics, strategic plans, business plans, targets and forecasts to ensure financial goals and strategies are achieved.
Ensuring project financials are adhering to GAAP and company accounting policy.Responsible for performing and leading the periodic/quarterly month-end close process and budgeting/strategic forecast for Brand Building and other critical processes.
Engage and influence management proactively, while playing a key role in identifying opportunities and taking proactive actions to minimize risk to the Financial Plan.
Frame ad-hoc reporting or analytics requests and interface across organizational tiers; review ad-hoc reporting and performance analytics work products.Help to ensure senior management is kept abreast on progress of projects, key due dates, opportunities and risks, and financial metrics.
