Responsibilities

The F&A Process lead needs to have a minimum 910 years of leading Finance Transformation, Finance process design, Finance BPR for large scale ERP implementations.
Acts as a Senior Trusted Advisor for opportunity shared, covering the entire company of a big/complex, multinational Finance Processes endtoend.
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong Customer & stakeholder management skills Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
The lead consultant should have deep business process knowledge and deep handson experience in Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud Financials, with experience implementation is a musthave.

Process Design expertise for leading large enterprises level transformations for clients moving to latest Cloud in the following areas:

Oracle Cloud Financials implementation methodologies
Indepth knowledge of designing Fusion architecture, and configuring Chart of accounts, Ledgers (Primary, Secondary and Reporting), Business Units, Hierarchies, etc.
New Functionalities in GL Accounting
New Functionalities in Asset Accounting
Deep understanding of AP, AR and Tax functionalities
New Functionalities in Management Accounting
Exposure to Financials Planning
Integrated Business Planning
EPBCS, EPM, EDMCS, ARCS, etc.
Overview of Cash Management
Exposure to Project costing, and Project Billing is very desirable. Having a deep understanding of how Projects interact with AP, PR, PO, AR, etc is a must.

Qualifications - Critical Skills

Deep architectural understanding of Oracle EBS R12 & fusion financials is a must have.
Ability to architect a greenfield implementation as well as global rollouts is a must.
Must have the ability to lead solution discussions, lead design workshops, present solution options in front of a large audience as well as key leadership teams like accounting directors, Controller, CFO, etc.
Deep handson Consulting background in transformation around ERP Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud SaaS Financials etc.)
At least 8 years of deep handson consulting on F&A
S4Hana FIN or other ERPs like Oracle Cloud FIN etc.
Define the best strategy for customers, either new installation, conversion depending on the requirements and complexity of customer environment. Support consulting and license presales opportunities. Architect solution/implementation approach (Requirements, Scope, Estimation). Experience in developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
Ability to multitask and still stay focused
Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career
