Brownlee is offering a dual study program in Business Administration with a focus on Relationship and Transaction Management (d/m/w).

This program includes practical training at either Frankfurt/Main or Berlin in the corporate bank, as well as studying at the Hochschule für Oekonomie und Management (FOM).

The program lasts for 3.5 years and consists of 7 semesters, with 3 days of practical training and 2 days of studying per week.

Upon completion, you will receive a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Throughout the program, you will receive personal support and guidance. If you perform well, there are excellent opportunities for permanent employment. Our transparent evaluation system includes regular feedback discussions.


During your practical training, you will work in the areas of Client Implementation, Client Service, and Sales Coverage Support in the corporate bank.

Your tasks will range from customer service to technical integration of companies with the bank, as well as supporting consultants in the corporate customer business.

English is the common language in our international work environment. In your final year of practical training, you can choose individual focus areas for your specialization.


Your profile should include a high school diploma or equivalent (we also welcome applicants who have discontinued their studies), curiosity, openness, and strategic thinking skills.

You should also have initiative and enjoy independent thinking, as well as strong communication and language abilities.

We are looking for individuals with a strong desire to learn and perform, as well as a basic understanding of finance.
