BaseCamp follows a unique concept with a focus on creating exceptional student communities in Europe. To achieve this, BaseCamp designs, plans, builds, and operates outstanding student housing facilities in collaboration with renowned architects and construction companies. The main focus is on intelligent, modern design and the communal, family-like operation of the facilities. Currently, we operate several properties in Germany, Poland, and Denmark. In 2022, we will open a new location in Dortmund, with the student apartments opening in October 2021 and the hotel and Base Hub opening in 2022. We also have several projects in Germany set to open in October 2022.

In Dortmund, we operate 331 apartments in a prime city center location on Kampsstrasse, with various community spaces such as a gym, cinema, study rooms, and co-working spaces.

In addition, starting in June 2022, we will have a hotel with 118 rooms.

Our unique feature will be the Baseology Bar/Restaurant, a rooftop bar with a gastronomic concept and a young, communicative atmosphere.
