    Job Opportunity: As a key player in this role, you'll lead the charge in translating data into actionable insights that fuel revenue growth. This critical position merges analytical prowess with strong problem-solving abilities to empower sales leadership in making crucial strategic and operational decisions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Assist in sales planning, including designing compensation plans, modeling capacities, setting targets, and defining sales territories
    • Business Partnership: Support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions employing dashboards & customized reports
    • Sales Analytics & Insight: Analyze sales data to spot trends, capitalize on opportunities, and pinpoint areas for enhancement
    • Reporting & Data Visualization: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting structures offering transparency into sales operations metrics and performance
    • Forecasting: Support revenue forecasting efforts by implementing predictive modeling and analytical techniques
    • Process Optimization: Work alongside Revenue Operations teams to identify avenues for process enhancement and efficiency optimization

    Experience Required:

    • 8-12 years of established experience as an analyst in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar analytical role
    • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
    • Outstanding communication and collaboration capabilities
    • Proficiency with Looker or similar visualization tools a plus
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems a plus
    • SQL experience is advantageous
