    Overview Of The Role


    Sales Strategy Manager will be responsible for sales management within a specific territory, both from a client and customer perspective representing top C.A.

    Fortune client partnerships. This role will also advise clients on account-specific goals, marketing strategies and retail execution.

    What You'll Do At C.A. Fortune

    Sales management within a specified territory on assigned client partnerships.

    Work with retailer Account Management sales team to get in front of Category Reviews & Promo Planning thus providing a strategic roadmap of success.

    Builds relationships with internal account personnel, including sales, engagement, business development, retail teams, BUILD, marketing & distribution.
    Advise designated clients on account-specific goals, marketing strategy and retail execution.

    Identify value added Industry shows and events at which assigned key retailers / or clients will be present, such as Expo East & West, Fancy Food Shows, Distributor Shows, etc.

    Meet or exceed client KPI's.

    This includes but not exclusive to goals related to sales, distribution, pricing, shelving placement, promotional volume, and promotional spend management.

    Establish regular communication with the clients and customers that lead to strong working relationships. Takes a proactive approach to managing the team business that anticipates its needs and provides solutions.

    Collaborate efforts to develop and deliver sales presentations to clients and customers that highlight sales accomplishments and areas of opportunity.

    Incorporate the use the syndicated data to outline business building ideas.

    What You Should Bring To The Table

    Bachelor's Degree or Related Experience in CPG
    Strong communication and organization
    Aptitude to effectively interpret and use multiple information sources to develop customer-specific tactical plans and options.
    Ability to read and interpret data is a plus (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI)
    Proven ability to build and maintain strong, effective relationships with customers and functional groups.
    Competent in spreadsheet and presentation software; problem solver; well-developed organizational, communication and time management skills.
