    Description
    General Hospitalist attending related responsibilities

    Direct patient care on the Inpatient Medicine Ward at Bellevue Hospital Center;
    Complete end of rotation house staff evaluation.
    Supervise and teach house staff and medical students;
    Attend multidisciplinary rounds on a daily basis;
    Facilitate the expedient discharge of all patients on the service;
    Review all pertinent lab and test results;
    Perform a full clinical evaluation on all new patients to the service within 24 hours of admission;
    Clinically evaluate all patients on a daily basis and one (1) weekend day per week;

    Clinic attending responsibilities

    Direct patient care in the APCC;
    House staff supervision and precepting in the APCC;
    Review all pertinent lab and test results;
    Attend faculty meetings and participate in journal clubs;
    Complete annual house staff evaluations.
