Vaco is in search for a A/P Specialist, direct hire, hybrid two days onsite downtown San Diego location for one of our top clients

As the Accounts Payable Specialist manages all activities in the accounts payable function. Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and check requests and maintains accurate records and control reports.

Essential Responsibilities:

Exemplify positive and engaging customer service characteristics in all interactions with patrons, artists, volunteers, and fellow co-workers
Maintain vendor files and AP email
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
Review and verify invoices and check requests
Sort, code and match invoices
Enter and upload invoices into system
Verify vendor accounts, pay vendors, and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
