Role Description
This is a full-time role for an accounts Payable individual, located in San Diego, CA.

The Accounts Payable individual will be responsible for managing expense reports, analyzing financial data, handling accounting tasks, building Vendor relationships, and running a weekly AP expense report with our Executive Team.

The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


Qualifications

• 12 years' Experience in accounts payable, finance, or accounting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage expense reports and handle financial data
• Knowledge of journal entries and accounting principles
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop software and tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently for assigned tasks
• Relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus

Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour
