    Are you ready to take your career to new heights? Look no further LHH is partnering with a growing organization to hire an energetic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's vibrant team in beautiful San Diego.

    This position is on-site, but has the possibility of earning a flexible hybrid schedule after a 90-day period.

    Responsibilities:
    Process accounts payable transactions with precision and efficiency.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate payment processes.

    Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve payment-related inquiries.

    Process employee expenses and reconcile credit cards and P-cards

    Prepare various reconciliations and accruals during month-end

    Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the accounts payable function.

    Participate in team-building activities and contribute to the positive team culture.


    Requirements:
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.

    Previous with NetSuite accounting system is preferred

    Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables, vlookups)

    Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in financial transactions.

    Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    Enthusiastic and positive attitude, ready to contribute to our dynamic workplace.

    Familiarity with accounts payable software is a plus.


    Pay Details:
    $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
