Being a consumer of media and a fan of pop culture is a requirement.A day in the life of a Brand Manager of Global Brand Development & Marketing:
As a digital-first problem solver, innovative consumer marketer, and brand developer you will help lead the global product development and marketing processes, line planning activities, and brand strategy for the new product categories within the Nerf Portfolio.
In this role, you will:
Demonstrate strategic and creative thought leadership and apply consumer and social insights to drive product innovations.
You are an internal influencer who can put thoughts into actionPartner with cross-functional teams (design & development, packaging, engineering, demand planning, costing) to complete key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways create incremental growth opportunities.
Assist in the creation of consumer facing assets for advertising and marketing messaging.Provide timely and consistent communication of brand activity and key information to internal business partners.
Partner with regional marketing teams to understand business needs, retailer trends & challenges, share methodologies, identify growth opportunities, and provide guidance on local plans.
Lead the development of the Nerf go-to-market product strategy and supporting marketing materials.Ownership and navigation of all internal systems and processes to ensure product lines are set up for success with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
What you'll bring:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience supporting a fully integrated marketing program, or equivalentBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field, or equivalentMBA preferredProven ability to leverage insight into strategy & innovationAbility to collaborate cross-functionallyStrong project management abilitiesDigital first mindsetBusiness and financial acumen including analytical skillsHasbro's world-class brands and talented people are our greatest assets.
