Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a motivated Accounts Payable Clerk who is looking to work for a stable, forward-thinking, nonprofit company in Indianapolis, IN. Our client is looking for a professional with previous experience completing full-cycle AP and a strong working knowledge of Excel. They offer great benefits and a starting pay between $22-24/hr. Responsibilities

· Completing full-cycle AP for 50+ invoices daily

· Cutting checks and completing weekly check runs

· Reconciling accounts payable and ensuring invoices have been paid

· Completing journal entries as needed

Qualifications

· 3+ years of previous full-cycle AP experience

· Ability to work in a team

· Strong Microsoft Excel Skills

· Attention to detail

Employment Type: Contract to Hire, Full Time

Work Hours: M-F 8-5, 40 hours a week
