- Assist the Corporation Treasurer with the following:
- Create vouchers for hard copy and digital invoices
- Monitor credit applications
- Update vendor roster in accounting software
- Separate vouchers into payment types
- Batch and print purchase orders, scan or fax purchase orders
- Enter purchase orders on the credit card spreadsheet
- Entering account payable invoices in Skyward management system
- Process, print, and mail weekly/monthly accounts payable paper checks
- Deposit checks and count cash
- Check credit card for vendors that have not taken their payment.
- Close out the ordering process once shipments are received
- Maintaining hard copies and files of corporation, begin converting existing files to digital and/or begin producing digital records
- Know and use the Corporation Accounting system and software.
- Follow all State Board of Accounts rules
- Organize for the State Board of Accounts audits.
- Assist the corporation receptionist and/or Accounts Payable Clerk with the following in their absence.
- Monitor those entering the school, assign visitor badges and maintain a record of visitor and student check in/ check outs.
- Screen and channel all calls, communications and messages to staff.
- Monitor the phone and bus radio.
- Type forms, letters, notices and publications as needed.
- Receive and distribute inter-school mail. Process all mail from the outside.
- Daily use of phone system, computer, printer, paging system. Copier and other office machinery.
- Inventory and order office supplies
- Communicate effectively and pleasantly
- Keep all matters and records confidential
- Promote school morale
- Provide an atmosphere of caring, respect, and positive attitude
- Promote confidence and self esteem

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bookkeeping, accounting, and/or knowledge of accounting software and word processing skills preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Suite preferred.
General Responsibilities:
To assist the CFO, Corporation Treasurer, and Accounts Payable Clerk with the procurement and requisitioning of goods and services, processing of payments, close out of deliveries, and all related record keeping.
Other office and clerical duties as assigned by the CFO, Assistant Superintendent, or Superintendent.Treasurer and Accounting Duties
