    Position Summary

    This position works under minimal supervision and is responsible for creating awareness for the firm (internally and externally) and provides support for business development activities. Responsibilities include establishing creative and strategic programs to accomplish marketing-related aspects of the company's goals, marketing budget development, marketing plan development for divisions, employee engagement/cultural marketing, marketing research, managing qualifications, proposal and presentation activities, managing and creating collateral material development, public relations, website, collateral media, photography, special events and advertising programs, managing and maintaining corporate identity development and implementation. Managing a team of marketing personnel.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Proposal development: coordinate, write/edit, and produce exceptional qualifications and proposals that highlight our approach and strategy to project opportunities.
    • Demonstrates mastery of the English language, grammar, and proof-reading abilities.
    • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
    • Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
    • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
    • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
    • Exceptional writing and graphic design talent.
    • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
    • Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
    • Proficient software knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite; Microsoft Suite, InDesign, Blue Beam, WordPress, Panda Doc, Canva, Illustrator, SEO and social media forums).
    • Basic understanding of industry terminology and willingness to continue to learn.
    • Competent in marketing theory and practice.
    • Helps establish marketing objectives to meet company-wide strategic goals, partners with executives and managers to achieve department objectives.
    • Manage qualification, proposal, and presentation activities.
    • Work with management and technical staff to complete subcontractor pre-qualifications.
    • Devise innovative growth strategies.
    • Plans and schedules marketing support activities to ensure that goals are accomplished, and deadlines are met.
    • Develop and or manage collateral materials, public relations, website, social media, advertising, company events, direct mail, photography, and marketing research.
    • Manage corporate identity development and implementation.
    • Work with specialized consultants such as printers, publications, graphic design/advertising firms.
    • Plan and coordinate corporate events.
    Other Duties and Responsibilities
    • Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks and projects.
    Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing with at least 8 years of experience.
    • Proven working experience as Brand Manager
    • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
    • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.

    • Planning and strong organization; an ability to plan and manage multiple projects.
    • Strong customer orientation and communication skills (written and verbal).
    • Meticulous with attention to detail.
    • Problem analysis and problem resolution.
    • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
    • Strong team player.
    • Flexibility. Busy periods or events may require longer working hours.
    • Utter discretion handling confidential and highly sensitive information.
    • Computer competency and efficiency, including Microsoft Suite and Outlook.
    • Superior data entry skills-fast and accurate.
    • Tolerance to stress and ability to remain calm under pressure.

    This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.

    8. The employee may be required to climb stairs.
    9. Must be able to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required and night or weekend shifts, as needed.
