CSP's Accounting & Finance practice

has partnered with a growing manufacturing organization and currently assisting them in searching for an Accounting Manager to join their team.

This person will be responsible for managing day to day accounting functions, handle all cash and debt management, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements and reports.

The Accounting Manager will work directly with outside consultants.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting functions including invoicing, A/R, A/P, cost accounting, and inventory
Handle banking and cash management, including cash forecasting, bank reconciliations, and credit card program management
Supervise payroll processing and accounting for benefits
Oversee lease portfolio, including cost management and insurance.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist external auditors
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Proven experience (7+ years) in accounting roles
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Working knowledge of GAAP
Experience in managing multiple functions with diverse duties.
