    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Strategy Development: Spearhead the creation and execution of product strategies that align with the company's vision and market needs. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and trends in generative AI.
    • User Experience Design: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the product provides a seamless and intuitive user experience. Focus on the refinement and polishing of product interfaces to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
    • Feature Development and Roadmapping: Lead cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver new features and improvements. Create detailed roadmaps and project plans to guide development efforts.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and design teams to ensure product goals are met. Serve as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries and decisions.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions and improvements. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user engagement.
    • Customer Feedback Integration: Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights. Incorporate user feedback into product development cycles to continuously refine and improve the product offering.
    • Market and Competitive Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products. Use insights to inform product strategy and positioning.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
    • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the AI, technology, or creative sectors.
    • Demonstrated experience in designing and improving product experiences in a tech-driven environment.
    • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a track record of delivering user-centric solutions.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
    • Passion for emerging technologies and their application in marketing and advertising.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
