Ayushi Gupta

Hi! My name is Ayushi, I am a product designer. I have extensive experience in Customer service, Customer satisfaction, database management, as well as database and related components. I enjoy simplifying the complex, working on big problems, and collaborating with tightly-knit teams. Gravitate toward products that solve important problems. My mission as a product designer is to solve challenging problems in a way that has a positive impact on people’s lives.

In my first job, I worked with a US-based Medical IT company as a 'Software specialist' where I talk to my clients every day and solve their issues/problems as soon as possible so that they could use the product efficiently. When you talk to people daily and listen to their issues you tend to develop a good sense of empathy (My volunteer work at humanity organization played a major role in this).

My second job was as a 'Database administrator' where I handled and managed 100+ servers making sure they were always up and providing the information to the user without any delay, here I was able to brush up and gain Technical knowledge(scripting, query writing, dba tasks, documentations, research).

I have always been very creative at heart and my fascination with people's psychology combined with my experience landed me in UI/UX. Also, at the end of the day, helping people makes you feel good and happy. Plus, I illustrate sometimes.
