About Jeanne Boudreau:
I have over ten years experience as an Executive Assistant in the Silicon Valley. In 2013, I worked at SAP Labs in Palo Alto and supported SVP of Technology and Engineering, SVP of Sports and Entertainment, in 2015, I worked at HP Inc in Palo Alto, supporting 2 VPs and 2 Sr Directors in Global Industry Solutions, Education and Health Care verticals. Heavy Calendar management, event planning and coordination, travel and expense, procurement in Smart Buy system. Worked with Vendors towards submitting Invoices to Global Accounts Payable in the system to assure prompt payment within Net 30 days. Handled Demo unit shipment to customers, received new HP products for storage and later shipment to customers. Events, BBQ's, Christmas parties, birthday parties, ordered snacks and drinks, ordered computer equipment for Team members and new hires. After HP I moved onto eBay, then Logitech, Google and Cisco. I'm currently at Cisco supporting VP of Engineering for AppDynamics.

An accomplished Project Coordinator and Administrative Coordinator with extensive experience in supporting chief and senior level executives. I have expertise in managing heavy calendaring, coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements, processing expense reports, organizing corporate events, planning and creating dynamic presentations. I have supported Business Development, Operations, Engineering, Marketing and IT Development Teams.
Strengths include the ability to work independently with attention to detail and make decisions, project management and outstanding organizational skills. My responsibilities include administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, event coordination, expense management, space planning, etc. I have created, processed and tracked purchase orders using the Oracle R12 system. I have successfully provided heavy calendaring for four executives, sending out meeting requests, booked conference rooms, set up Zoom and Webex Meetings.
