Although my professional background spans more than three decades across business development, research, recruiting, telecom operations, and recycling solutions, I am newly retired and intentionally seeking a hands‑on, customer‑facing role at this stage of my life.

Much of my personal life has always involved practical, physical work—deck building, tools, drywall, painting, gardening, and general home projects. These are activities I genuinely enjoy, and they have kept me comfortable working with materials, tools, and problem‑solving in real‑world settings. Earlier in my adult life, I owned and operated my own ice‑cream and frozen‑yogurt store and also worked at Garden Ridge Pottery, experiences that strengthened my love for public interaction and customer service.

Professionally, I have excelled in roles requiring independence, discipline, and strong communication. My experience includes high‑volume outreach, market research, lead generation, and government opportunity registration. I have supported organizations such as Carrier Services Group, Placement Partners, and Patient Engagement Solutions through fully remote work, consistently meeting goals without the need for travel or in‑person meetings. I am highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable managing responsibilities independently while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and reliability.

In addition to my recent work, I have extensive experience in telecom brokerage and asset recovery, including supporting major decommissioning projects such as Sprint’s removal of End‑of‑Life telecom equipment during their Kansas campus modernization.

While my background may appear extensive for a Sales Associate role, my interest is sincere and intentional. I want to spend my time in a role that keeps me active, engaged with people, and contributing directly to a team. A part‑time schedule of 30–32 hours per week is ideal, and I am eager to bring maturity, reliability, and a strong work ethic to a position where customer interaction and hands‑on tasks are central.
