    They are a boutique insights and strategy agency who use research moderation to inform brand, innovation, and product strategy giving their clients insight-led solutions.

    They explore areas such as future trends, understanding the consumer, altering human behaviour, and offering insights into customer buying decisions.

    They are a close-knit team based in Dumbo, Brooklyn and offer a collaborative, casual workplace with great work-life balance.

    About the roleThey are looking for an Associate Director or Director level to lead projects focusing on a variety of clients in the healthcare space.

    You will be running point on qualitative research projects, leading insight development, uncovering strategy, and translating findings to clients to understand both patient and clinical experience.

    You will be working across several different primary research techniques from facilitating workshops, in-depth interviews, focus groups, and more ethnographic techniques.

    A typical day-to-day could see you leading researching trends, competitive analysis, managing client relationships, writing proposals, and leading internal brainstorms and strategic thought.

    About your background and skills5-9 years working in consumer insights, research, brand strategy, and/or strategyMust have experience moderating qualitative research (interviews, focus groups, client sessions, etc) Must have prior experience within the healthcare space or healthcare focused clientsGreat story telling skills and ability to committee and present ideas clearly High energy individual who is eager to be hands on and enjoys working closely with clientsAbility to come into Brooklyn based office 1-2 times weekly.

    Denver based talent can be remote.
