We are looking for a visionary leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating positive change.

As the Program Director, you will play a pivotal role in connecting health and hospitals housing initiatives with agency-led teams to ensure seamless coordination and holistic support for our clients.

What makes this opportunity unique? Not only will you be at the forefront of addressing the critical issue of homelessness in NYC, but you will also have the chance to work alongside four agency-led teams, bringing together diverse perspectives and expertise to tackle this complex challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise centralized functions, including a single point of access for Housing for Health (HFH), data management/reporting, technical assistance to four Teams, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training.
Lead efforts to address barriers to success and disseminate best practices across the program.
Supervise a team of 3 or more staff members, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth and excellence.
Ensure contract adherence and report on program outcomes and impact, demonstrating the effectiveness of our initiatives in improving the lives of our clients.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in program management, preferably in a nonprofit or healthcare setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards a common goal.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated commitment to social justice and addressing the needs of vulnerable populations.
Experience in data management and reporting, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation.
