The Marketing Search is pleased to be partnered with a growing, boutique Archtecture Practice, seeking a Studio Director to join the business.

About the Role:

As the Studio Director, you will work directly with our Partners and Design Director in managing and directing the studio and project teams.

We are seeking a passionate, talented, collaborative, and experienced professional with exceptional leadership skills to join our dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all project teams, overseeing project managers, designers, and client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with the Design Director and Creative Director to ensure projects achieve design and technical excellence.
• Present to external client groups and chair client meetings.
• Manage project budgets and administer project contracts.
• Ensure project management processes are followed and project reviews are conducted.
• Provide leadership in resolving technical issues in projects.
• Uphold office protocols and lead daily/weekly team meetings.
• Mentorship of technical and project management skills.
• Participate in business development activities and support the brand through speaking engagements and publications.

Requirements:

• Registration in Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in an architecture firm.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Wellconnected in the regional market and with global connections.

Pay:
Up to $180,000.00 per year
