Spring EQ is seeking a LOS

Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing team.

This position will be an active member of the Information and Technology team and will report directly to the Director, Product Management.

This position will play a key role in the enhancement of our loan origination platform. This critical role requires a passionate and detail-oriented individual pursuing a career in the FinTech industry.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies.
Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications that drive system development and implementation.
Incumbents function as a liaison between IT and users and have both business and technical expertise.
Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
Requires a bachelor's degree.
Requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
Working knowledge of Mortgage Loan Origination Systems required (Blue Sage preferred).
