- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Provide timely and accurate information regarding company policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters.
- Assist employees with navigating HR systems and tools, including employee self-service portals.
- Address and resolve employee concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with HR team members to escalate complex inquiries or issues as needed.
- Bachelor's or Associates degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or contact center role preferred.
