Description
The Support Specialist provides in-office daily support tasks and should possess the skills necessary to formulate quick decisions to resolve customer concerns and have an easy-going personality with a team and customer-oriented approach.
This position is responsible for various support tasks. This is an in-office position.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Association mailouts
- Amenity requests
- Upload invoices
- PUD requests and maintain information in Community Archives
- Process Annual Corporate Reports
- Back upfront office, phones, incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist with new association onboarding and outboarding
Requirements:
Requirements and Qualifications:
- HOA and Condominium inoffice support experience required;
minimum 1 year. - Able to follow direction and work independently as well as in team environment.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in English (oral and written).
- MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Driver's License required.
- Reliable with outstanding communication skills.
- Familiarity with Strongrooms, CINC or Community Archives a plus but not required.
- Bilingual a plus but not required.
Compensation - $17.00 per hour
