    Description

    Position: IT Support (Temp-to-Hire)

    An outstanding SaaS company located near the East Lansing, MI area is looking to add a motivated IT Support Specialist to their IT team Here are a few reasons you should apply:

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES:

    • Experience within a Help Desk or Technical support role utilizing a ticketing system and monitoring tools.
    • Experience with user administration using Office 365 or Active Directory.
    • Exposure to using Ticketing Systems or Remote Monitoring Management (RMM).
    • Familiarity with Network support tools like DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Ping, and Traceroute.
    • Comfortable troubleshooting software and hardware.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.​
