    Position: IT Support Specialist
    Location: E. Lansing, MI area (Hybrid)
    Job Type: Full-Time / Temporary or Temp-To-Hire

    Responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist:

    In this position, you will provide technical support to end-users in various client setups, aiding in user management, Office 365 application assistance, software & hardware support, remote connections, & network assistance.

    Preferred Experience of the IT Support Specialist:

    • Prior background in Help Desk or Technical support roles utilizing ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
    • Proficiency in user management using Office 365 or Active Directory.
    • Exposure to Ticketing Systems or Remote Monitoring Management (RMM).
    • Familiarity with Network support tools such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Ping, and Traceroute.
    • Skilled in software and hardware troubleshooting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
