    Compensation & Benefits Analyst - Chicago, United States - Alma Lasers

    Description
    Lead the global annual salary and equity budgeting and annual processes
    collaborating with HR and leadership to develop and communicate total rewards packages to employees.
    Use analytics to identify global trends in compensation, analyze costs and benefits, and provide insights and action plan.
    Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory changes, ensuring our compensation processes remain competitive, attractive and compliant.
    Manage the communication and collaboration with the payroll department to ensure seamless processing of compensation-related transactions.
    Collaborate with HRIS specialists to manage, optimize, and ensure data integrity within our HRIS systems
    Requirements

    Proven experience of 5+ years in compensation and benefits management
    Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or relevant certifications are a plus
    In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
