- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits
- Assist in the Affordable Care Act clean up
- Work with the team to improve processes
- Process enrollments, changes, and terminations in benefits systems
- Monitor benefits eligibility and ensure compliance with plan documents and regulations
- Coordinate with benefits vendors, including insurance carriers and retirement plan administrators
- Prepare and distribute communications to employees regarding benefits programs
- Assist employees with questions and issues related to their benefits
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on benefits utilization, costs, and trends
- Participate in benefits-related projects and initiatives, such as open enrollment and plan design changes
- Stay informed about changes in benefits regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related role
- Knowledge of benefits regulations, including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (a multichoice assessment will be required at time of submission)
- Experience with Peoplesoft, preferred
