    Benefits Analyst - Chicago, United States - Aston Carter

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Resource to assist with Affordable Care Act (ACA) clean up and process improvement

    + Assisting HR Benefits team data analytics and processing

    Qualifications:

    + 1-2 years of experience with benefits administration

    + Experience with excel producing pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and comparing spreadsheets

    + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

    + Affordable Care Act experience
