    Regional Sales Director , you will lead a team of District Sales Managers, Field Sales Engineers, and Inside Sales for our Eastern region in the US.

    The Integrated Audio Brands team has primary responsibility for Electro-Voice, Dynacord, and Bosch branded products being sold through our Reseller and Integrator channel network.

    You will also partner with the Business Development, Marketing, Distribution teams to ensure positive business results to meet the Bosch Communications Systems business plan.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Lead your team in identifying key growth accounts and customer engagement opportunities.
    Use creativity and resourcefulness to uncover business opportunities and possess the commercial savvy to appropriately evaluate them.

    Work with assigned region to forecast and establish healthy sales pipeline needed to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

    Manage the region through a planned set of actions that create awareness and promote acceptance of the products by various channel sales initiatives.

    Evaluate sales and distribution competitive landscape to determine best Bosch go to market strategy.
    Determine what optimal local strategies best fit with higher-level corporate objectives.
    Anticipate regional market trends and amend strategies and tactics as appropriate.
    Recruit District Sales Managers, dealers, and distributors; thereby, establishing effective territory coverage.
    Establish sales quotas, monitor performance, and initiate countermeasures if results fall short of goals.
    Conduct monthly and other periodic performance reviews with each direct report to discuss goal achievement, performance, and career development.
    Mentor direct and indirect reports.
    Assist DSMs in negotiating and closing sales as necessary.
    Communicate market and customer requirements to marketing and product management organizations.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, and/or related industry.
    Minimum of 5+ years Pro AV industry experience in sales.
    Proven ability to manage a dealer network within a geographic territory.
    Experienced in managing and leading sales channels with proven ability to lead, motivate and inspire.
    Ability to establish credibility quickly with key customers and current install team.
    Experienced CRM user managing customers and pipeline.
    Demonstrates strong work and business ethics.
    Entrepreneurial mindset.
    Willing and able to travel greater than 50% of the time.
    Must reside within the eastern region territory


    Preferred locations include:
    Boston, New York, Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte, Philadelphia.
